About WineStack
WineStack is a restaurant wine inventory and menu-management application. Restaurant staff use it to look up wines, track cellar availability, maintain wine and bin lists, and prepare for service.
What staff use WineStack for
- Find wine names, producers, regions, grape varieties, vintages, bottle sizes, prices, bin locations and price look-up (PLU) numbers.
- Record available, low-stock and out-of-stock wines, including wines in the cellar that are not on the menu.
- Audit prices, vintages, bin locations and PLU numbers, and track differences between shared wine records and printed lists.
- Preview, download and print wine menus and reports, and record menu rollouts and reprints.
- Review wine reference materials, plan wine service, and share restaurant features and events.
Staff access
The website at wine-stack.com opens without a staff PIN. Shared inventory, revisions and staff reports are available through its workspace. The separate WineStack app keeps its existing staff access requirement.
WineStack supports restaurant operations. It is not an online wine store and does not provide a consumer checkout for buying alcohol.
